Indane Gas Service, , , Khekra Gas Service — my gas connection book did not ready since last four month

sir,,, i have summit kyc form along with every require photocopy in the month of feb. 2013... in khekra gas service,, indane gas,,, at that time they said that you will receive a form within one month after this u have to take this form to here and u willl get ur book and connection with cylinder and other equipments,,, but i did not receive any such kind of form at my home,, by which my gas book will be ready ,,,,,, since feb... ,,,
so finally i requested please tke care on my complain,,

Indane Gas — Connection book not received

Dear sir

We are apply new connection on 07/12/2009 NO. [protected]

But till now No bady is taken our complaint & not given gas book.

I am in very big problem sir/madam please help US

i am Sarvan Ram in rampura phul distt bathinda sir, my gas delivery problem my, copy no. S 18200, sir. my coppy all ready booked, but gas problem not delever my contact to area cosutmer care suresh kumar sales manager but no response the area manager, sir pl solve the problem. sir but poster gas dilever in 21 days but rampura phul gas problem pls call me .
