[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation / Indane Gas Agency — Not Getting Home delivery

I am leelamma George, My LPG(Domestic) consumer number is 23374. Our indane distributor is Jaybee Gas Agencies, Panavelil Buildings, Angadi P.O, Ranny, Pathanamthitta(dist), Kerala, Phone :[protected] / [protected]. Our distributor not giving home delivery even though I request them many times. Reason what they raise is the road leads to our home is not in good condition. Our home is only half kilometer away from main road and road is recently concreted and in good condition. I am more than 65 years of old, leading lonely life and suffering from some health problems so I am requesting to get the refill delivery at home. I have booked for refill cylinder though online(Ref no. R[protected]) but i havn't got the confirmation yet. Please take stringent action to get the refill cylinder at home from this time.
At the time of last refill delivery, I approached indane (Docket number was 876259) but we didn’t get the home delivery. After reaching main road , agent telephoned me and told that distribution vehicle carrying 90 fully loaded cylinder so we cannot come to your home. I am sure that they never come to our area with 90 fully loaded cylinder because our area is the border area of their delivery limit. Each time they are making some excuse for not giving home delivery.
Here I am requesting you to take some action for the refill cylinder to be delivered at home on time. Please do the needful.

IOC — i am not receiving on time gas

Dear Concern,

My consumer id 27512 my name is A komagaraj my gas agent soba gas agencey address is no42, new tank street, nungambakkam, chennai 34.

when ever i have order the gas they said within week u will get they said, but every time they are saying no bady at home tehy said, but always at my home some body will be theare, if i aske the soba agent they said i[censored] want complain u can go to any ware and give compliane, i hed they are selling my gas to some body every time,

kindly look in this and do the needful,

Indane Gas — Home Delivery of gas cylinder

Against – Harson Gas Service, SCF - 2, giani zail singh nagar, Rupnagar (Punjab).

I book my cylinder on 27/09/2010 and my slip for cylinder was printed on 09.10.2010. But gas agency ask unable to home delivery of gas cylinder in this month without any justify reason. And also I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to home delivery of my cylinder. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

indian oil corporation gas agencies — Gas delivered not on time

I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Aurangabad[protected], but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 05.10.2010. and waiting list no is 730

My Consumer No is 04918. When I called up the delivering agency, Prayag indane gas agencies, opp. usmanpura polic station,pratap nager,aurangabad, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered , but till the date I have not received the same. this happening last 4 year i not gatting cylinder on right time every this he delivered 20 days after booking

I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Prayag indane and IOC.

Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.

My customer id is 23560. Booked under the name of Sangeeta chakravorty.This is regarding the delivery of gas cylinder. The gas cylinders that are being delivered at our houses are not being weighed as they dont carry the weighing scale with them. This causes us a lot of inconvenience to us as we dont know whether the gas delivered to us are of the mentioned quantity or not. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the above mentioned issue ASAP.

I have a Two Gas Connection in favour of Two Brother( Two Family).I booked for a domestic gas cyllender on Nov, Dec, Jan. they give me the date to collect gas cyllender after 5-6 days but they did not it due to saying gas is not available However, i went again on 15.1.10 again they refuse me due to gas shortage. I sold a gas cyllender in Black from this agency. Now I complaint to Mr. Aryal Sharma (Field Officer-[protected]) But he also did not give me a positive response. Abhil Gas Propritor told me they will make my TTV & they will not deliver my gas at any cost. Kindly do necessary action in favour of me and solve my Gas refill problem permanently. I am tottally frustrated from the misbhaviour of the distributor.

I was booked my refill no OP29497 with the O P Gas agency, nirman vihar on dated 21.11.2011 after that I was confirmed my refill no on your helpline no they said to me we had despatch your refill on 29.11.2011.
