WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCKET NUMBER[protected] DT 17.10.2014 WHICH WAS PICKED UP FROM BANGALORE TO GOA, BUT IT WAS SENT TO MUMBAI AND WAS ARRIVED IN MUMBAI ON 21.10.2014 AS PER SMS ALERT RECEIVED BY ME I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING WITH GATI SINCE THE DAY CONSIGNMENT WAS PICKED UP BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOW YOUR STAFF AT ANDHERI OFFICE HAS INFORMED US THE CONSIGNMENT HAS GONE MISSING, WHICH SEEMS TO BE A SYSTEMATIC RACKET AT GATI TO ROB VALUABLE ITEMS AND INCONVINCING CUSTOMERS. KINDLY GIVE US THE LETTER OR EMAIL IN WRITING STATING THAT YOU HAVE MISPLACED OR LOST THE PARCEL TO DEMAND REFUND FROM AMAMZON.IN YOUR IMMEDIATE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED RGDS PARAG JOSHI CONTACT [protected] EMAIL [protected]@gmail.com
