Rocking chair crumbled state damaged and received in a pathetic condition. This chair belongs to my 80 year old sister who is a heart patient.
After frantic attempt through their call centre after so much of pestering and talked to seniors in call centre i could get the documents in which i have to lodge the claim. After sending the requisite documents i hv got a call saying that they cannot pay any money whatsoever since it was shipped under shipper"s risk. Very disgusting. They are not responsible for the completely broken chair for which i have sent them 36 snaps narrating the story.
How they cannot be responsible for handling, transporting and packing... Packing was so shabby. All members of the chair broken. My sister 80 years old starts weeping. We are all 60plus. Very bad treatment. At the origin nobody has informed us that if it breaks by chance we would not be paid any compensation.. If this is their company policy they can transport any goods to anybody in any condition?
Very indifferent treatment, who will give justice to this lady, my sister 80 years old heart patient who has made this custom-built for her comfort by our known carpenter..!!
God saves us.. Somebody should intervene to correct for these kind of transactions.. We need an able persons help..
Even concerned official has come on the line after 8 days talking without consideration saying company policy and the funny part"shippers.. That is the senders responsibility..
Atrocious.. Obnoxious..
Please intervene and help
