Gati-Kwe — delayed delivery of shipment | |||
I had booked a shipment with gati kwe of the docket number[protected] for transfer of two boxes from mumbai to kolkata. My shipment was supposed to reach on the 13th of july. I am continuously contacting the support team with little help. No one is able to give the exact location of my package nor an idea of when it will be delivered. Very disgusting service indeed. I don't intend to use gati for any further shipment and strongly do not recommend it to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||

The pick up was done on 27th May and each time i call i am assured it'll be delivered in the next 2 days and that hasn't happened at all.
