[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — Delivery marked as refused without trying to deliver

One of my order couriered through gati. My package delivered to destination city 3 days before assured delivery date and it's not yet delivered. When i check that i came to know it's marked as consignee refused. I didn't even get call or message or any delivery but it marked as refused and reported to sender. When i called customer care he is simply saying we will deliver your product by assured delivery date please wait. The website is worst it's not even allowing me to subscribe for sms alerts or raise a complaint in website. I still didn't understand how come they can mark it as consignee refused without contacting customer.

Updated by Aditya aditi Jul 25, 2020 tried to reach customer care out of 3 numbers one is switch off, another one saying we are available from mon-sun 9-5 and auto disconnecting call and final number is chargeable and said same thing. when you are not offering service I don't know why you are charging customer that too after entering many options.

tried to reach local gati service by searching in google, they asked me to get police permission to deliver the product or else I can come and collect the product. when I asked if you have difficulties in delivering product then why did you marked it as customer refused then they responded we don't update anything only company will update we don't have any option like covid.

My docket no[protected] has been detained. The assured delivery date was on 12th October. Kindly let me know by when it will reach me. None of your customer care numbers are reachable.

There is an employee working from your Delhi/Noida office who is committing fraud after fraud. First he claimed he was from DTDC, through which I originally placed the order. He even prepared the bill under DTDC letter head. (Photos attached below) He charged me an exorbitant amount, over 6K, saying my dockets were around 51 Kgs.

When he dispatched the dockets, it was found that he was delivering them through Gati. He probably works for the company too. The dockets were of 35 Kgs, which I by the way, have not received since 12th October which was the original delivery date.

All I wanted was a nice service but here I am waiting for my dockets to get delivered which have been detained, I do not know why.

MY DOCKET NUMBER IS[protected]. Please let me know when it will reach me because this is heights.
