Hi, my docket no.[protected] with gati labh service was supposed to be delivered on 4th nov but unfortunately it has not yet started from the origin station till 4th nov. After multiple attempts to talk to support team. There is no update since past 20 calls and multiple follow ups. Customer service is not helping at all. not sure what you mean by "give us some time". Shipment was supposed to reach the destination on 4th Nov whereas it did not start from its origin till that date. so please wake up and understand the issue first
