Gati is by far the worst courier service i have tired. Their customer support is a joke, some lazy people unwilling to move their #. India post is far better then them. Their tracking is a lie. You can't track your orders from other countries on gati.com if you call their customer support they will refuse to help you saying they can't track this number. It was their job to deliver from india, this is why I am advising you all never to use gati, they will keep blaming others for their mistake. I have been going with their customer support for three days now and nothing good came from it. They can't even track a number which i can track on gati cn website. For me, I lost a few dollars but the blow on your reputation is going to be terrible. You guys don't have even the slightest idea on how to run a business. Ofcourse you don't care you are just a customer support executive.
