[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — Inappropriate delay in delivery

I booked parcel from Bangalore to Patna .But till now nothing I received and the delivery staff is using abusive language . Customer care not responding .

Updated by Aporv Anand yesterday on 9th dec they came to my house to deliver but they by mistake were carrying other package, so I refused the delivery due to wrong item.
But they have wrongly updated in the tracking page as delivered with fake sign.Till now I have received nothing.

Updated by Aporv Anand Lal Babu Singh from Gati has promised to deliver on 10th dec, if I don't receive by today will escalate this.
