Gati-Kwe — Luggage Missing /Shipping in a wrong address. | |||
Sir, my docket no is[protected]. I had been booked my parecel from palampur to kayamkulam on 16 Frb 2021. The expected delivery date was 28Feb 2021. Till the date i hadn't been delivered my parcel. By the online tracking it had been diverted it delivery address from one district to other :-kottayam to Ernakulam to alappuzha and back to Ernakulam then Alappuzha. I am so worried about my parecels because not even the customer care executive side saying when or where my luggage not even the gati dealer in alappuzha or Ernakulam.
