[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — My product is still undelivered even after multiple complaints

I have three parcels which are from amazon :[protected]

[protected]
They are simply cancelling the delivery telling customer refused to collect the delivery due to damage. Which was false and no one has tried to contact. On the other hand they will give feed back call for their service. Am waiting for 3 days still no resolution.

After publishing my issue in social media, gati head department contact me and they made the delivery possible ( after 10 days of assured delivery date )
