I have three parcels which are from amazon :[protected] [protected] [protected] They are simply cancelling the delivery telling customer refused to collect the delivery due to damage. Which was false and no one has tried to contact. On the other hand they will give feed back call for their service. Am waiting for 3 days still no resolution. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Dec 2, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After publishing my issue in social media, gati head department contact me and they made the delivery possible ( after 10 days of assured delivery date ) Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 02, 2021 Gati-KWE Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. As per system shipment is delivered on 01-DEC-2021. Kindly help to get line of confirmation.
