Hello sir/mam,

I am sonu from pujab. I purchased a tv from kodak and after some time i am facing some problem in it and i call kodak for replacement. Kodak is ready to give me replacement. Kodak send me new tv on 2-5-2018 from delhi to punjab by gati courier and dispatch that tv to jharkhand they did not giving any proper response to me i called them so many times everyone is giving someone no to talk with them. For a local courier it took more than 5days no response form the customer care or the worst local team. Really very very careless.Highly disappointed.
