Our customer as booked the material at parwano through gati docket no:[protected] dt:30/06/2019 and docket no:[protected] dt:[protected] but still we have not received the material in the morning when we called your chandapur branch they told they have dispatched the material to their local people for delivery but still we have not received the material yet your local people is not answering our call they are manipulating us like anything.

Please dispatch the material today itself without any delay
So, please do the needful.

I booked and parcel through gati my docket number is[protected] on date 19may 2019 after 20 days they said your parcel is missed and we are starting your claim process and my claim process is running on that time they delivered me a wrong parcel and now i again complaint to gati but there is no response from company.
