Gati-Kwe — non delivery of parcel and false information : tracking id :[protected] & complaint id : 34873122

There is a misrepresentation of tracking status. Status says "undelivered due to customer not responding to calls". However, i have not received any call from your side. Under false and misrepresentation data act it's a legal case. I would like to know will my order be delivered or should i take the neccessary action as i have taken print of my call history from the network also and there is no call received or missed from my side. My Docket No[protected]. No one call me, no one came to my home but status showing customer not available ( 18th July ) no one respond me, i am calling customer care they didn't given proper response.. he tell evry time 2, 3 days tat time.
