[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — not delivering my product, misbehavior | |||
My order id-shopclues order[protected] for rocktel r 3310 (Set of 25) Above is my order details but today i have got sms from gati courier saying out for delivery but they have not delivered my product so i contacted the gati courier local person for delivery but he is misbehaving with me and he is telling why u have booked your order in shopclues, we can't deliver your product. He is saying you can't do anything to me go and compliant any where. Please help me to get my product and stop your business with gati courier. Worst courier service. I have never encountered worse behaviour in any other customer care service as I have encountered with gati. Very poor. They don't even apologise for late or no delivery and don't give proper information either
