My dkt no[protected], parcel arrived on 18th of oct but they are not delivering, assrd date to deliver was 18 oct, courier boy is not delivering on time and updating fake statuses in the package tracking. They updates "delivery rescheduled as per customer request" but in reality, they didnt make any contact with me and no body asked them to delay delivery. I am very upset with them. My previous orders recently got cancelled by selle because your courier boy updated fake unndelievered trackings. This time with this order gati is doing the same, customer care executives making excuse like overwhelming response blah blah. This made me lose trust with courier service and i will think twice in future. Fake tracking status, excuses etc. Thanks, i hope you will make some appropriate steps to deliver my order today otherwise i will lost my all trust.
