[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — shipment not delivered, but tracking shows its delivered

I ordered a product from gearbest on 14th november which was shipped by gati. It reached sanpada on 3rd dec'17, and it was out for delivery on 4th dec'17, i stay in kharghar. The product was not delivered but in the tracking results, it's showing that it's delivered. Tracking no is[protected].
Request you to look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

I received my courier my packet is badly damaged also my watch is not there also my packet is open slightly my order no is[protected]
Please provide me courier guy no otherwise I will complain a case again local police also consumer forum also send to all my client more then 200000 data I have all over india
