[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — shipment not delivered intentionally.

Hey,

This docket number has been sitting in the destination warehouse for more than a week. I have contacted the support and they have been not helpful. False promises and at one point they stopped responding in chat.

Please look into this, i regret that the seller used your shipping company.

This is the worst customer support and the worst shipping experience i have ever had. I will not suggest gati even to my enemy.

The order was out for delivery on 28-may-2019 but it changed to undelivered due to time constraint (Ga unable to deliver on time).

I swear i will never use you guys, just release my order by today.
