Gati-Kwe — shipment not delivered - showing false status | |||
I've a shipment coming to my address in kolkata (I shopped from pepperfry.com) and it reached the local hub at khanna location on 30/10 and the the delivery date in gati tracking site is also showing 30/10, however it did not move till 5/11 and the status updated as address/pin mismatch however i've another shipment delivered to the same address by gati so don't know how same address can cause a mismatch. I tried to follow up with the customer care through chat and have spent close to 6 hours over various sessions, however all i got was they needed some time. Today it was scanned for delivery but marked as "undelivered due to concerned customer/person not available" which can't be true as my parents were home all day waiting for the shipment. This package has some fragile items which needs to be delivered asap. Please help me getting the same delivered as soon as possible.
