[Resolved] Gati — product delivery issue | |
Hi Team, Have booked product "Lee Cooper Men Brown Formal Shoes" from Paytm Mall application with order id [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 13th May'19 but it got delayed to 18th May'19. However, on 18th May'19 also it was delayed. Have taken several follow up but Paytm mall customer care is not at all concerned about my complaint not at all taking follow up with Vendor courier company. Seriously fed up with this paytm mall and gati guys. Instead they are not even sharing their contact details to me and update me. Request you to please intervene in this and help me to come out of this. Have also logged complaint with Paytm mall customer care numbered[protected]. May help you as reference.
