[Resolved] Gatikwe — parcel not delivered

I have booked a parcel having docket no[protected] through gatikwe courier on 21 jul 2018 from cooch behar to shillong but till date they dont deliver the same. Now i want to return the parcel to the origin location and refund my rupees as they told at the time of booking they will deliver it by 01 aug 2018. This is not a way to make a customer fool.
