Gauhati University — complaints on my online exam form

Sir,
Im a student of b. Borooah college and with respect and humble requested i would like to state that the online registration exam form was fill up by me but unfortunately i cant download my exam form and still my payment was not yet shown but rs.688 was deducted from my account. I have done the payment while due to bad network connection tge server was error. And sir i would like to ask your help to check on my issue because the payment was already deducted from my account but my form, payment reciepts are still in pending.
