Gaur City - Noida Extenstion — Flat is not ready even after Registry completed been 75 Days

I am hereby writing this mail desperately as even after following up with Gaur regarding my Flat No: GC-4 /620 for which i paid all the payments not in timely but before due date. I booked my flat on 22nd April 2010 and according to Allotment letter flat should be completed by end of 2012 but according to court case by Greater Noida KISAN, construction was completed on November 2014 but till now i haven't got my flat with finishing even after paid the registry amount and for which cheque was got cleared on 14th April 2015. As per Gaur norms after clearing the Registry cheque, Flat should be ready within 15-20 days and now its been more than 70 Days. It was assured by Mr. Narendra (Mob: [protected])from Gaur after long follow up over the phone that i would got my flat with proper finishing by 21st June 2015. I tried to contact Narendra so many times regularly either he doesn't pick up my phone or says he will just verify and update and nothing happens, no one is bothered to give the status. Now i want to provide full compensate from the day 1 for giving the possession so late and not handing over the Flat. Regards Narender Yadav Mob: [protected]
