On 24.7.18 i was having four ticket from ranchi to patna on gaurav luxury bus, pnr no w4115cba1, seat no 1a but recieved call from ranchi office on 24.07.2018 evening through mobile no [protected] that due to some technical problem bus is cancel and the money would be refunded within 3 days.
But we have checked online through gaurav luxury site but this pnr is live status show on site so please check at your end and suggest. How can receive my refund.
