Gaurav Luxury — no bus service. no msg and mail. no refunds

I have Booked my ticket for 5 April 2018 from patna to tata and i reached half an hour before.i.e 8.30 pm and its dep time was 9.05 pm. on bus stand. There was NO any bus . no any staff. they have not given any message thru SMS or EMAIL OR CALL. i was shocked. i asked from one person--- usne kaha kal se hi bus close hogyi h. muje kuch nhi pta iss bare me.
call karti hu to KOI number nhi lag rha h. sab invalid no. bata rha h. refund kiya to ZERO refund hua.no one is receiving call even.

also booked for 9th april 2018 from jamsedpur to patna in gaurav. But i canceled it but refund is not initiated in my account.. TICKET PNR -W4113E611, SEAT - 4A 4B
