Gaurav Luxury — non refund of booking amount booked at counter mango

I umesh prasad (Staff_cbi) booked a ticket pnr b4113eedc from mango booking counter for journey on[protected] from tata to patna. The bus was cancelled for the day but could not get refund of booking amount of rs900.00. Every time when i approached to counter they replied having no money to refund. Please reply how to be refunded. It is cheating by not providing the service and not refunding the payment made for the service. Reply may be made in my mail or by s m s to my recorded mob. No [protected]. Please arrange for refund the money and avoid any future litigation. The mob no of booking clerk [protected] always remained switch offed.
