[Resolved] Gaurav Luxury — non refund of money from gaurav luxury | |||||
I have booked two ticket of gaurav luxury bus on 14 sep 2017 and my journey date was 15 sep 2017 from muzaffarpur to patna but on 15 sep 2017 i got call from gaurav luxury that due to some technical problem the bus was cancelled and your money will be refunded to your a/c. After 15 days, i called him for my refund but they are very casual and said that it will take time. Today on 18/10/2017 i didn't get refund of my money. Oct 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Till today i don't think that any step has been taken to resolve the matter and i have booked the ticket through my mobile so i have ticket confirmation message and the number of person who had called me and said that my bus was cancelled and amount will be refunded and very soon you will get confirmation message also but till today i didn't get any confirmation message from their side. The mobile number of person who had called me is 8155006071. I have already called two or three times as well as send message to mentioned number but no response.
