Gauri — mswipe is doing fraud & looting

I run retail shop at mira road for kurti, mswipe is doing fraud & looting honest people hard earned money. There has never been a single communication or sms received from them when they deduct our hard earned money, they are deducting 3540 rs money from my bank account even when i am not using their service for past 8 months. We have stopped their service because of their in tolerated behavioral and attitude toward us,

I requested them to stop there service but they are still deducting money from my bank account. I need all my money back since i have stopped using mswipe.

I have all proofs of my request to mswipe to stop their service & mswipe feedback also..

Can any one guide me what should i do to curb and stop this forceful method of looting money from mswipe.
