We have registered a flat, h[protected] sq ft) in gayatri aura, greater noida project in april-2012 vide application dated 04/05/2011. We have paid 15% of the total amount+ service tax (Rs 4, 59, 266.00 (Rupees four lac fifty nine thousands two hundred sixty six only) as demanded by them. The details of payment are as follows:-
Cheque no-016980 dtd 15/04/12 for rs. 2, 00, 000.00
Cheque no-0139666 dtd 15/04/12 for rs. 50, 000.00
Cheque no-625566 dtd 14/12/12 for rs. 2, 09, 266.00.
The status of project is unknown as discussed over phone several time & also verified at site and mailed appox 30 times, but no suitable reply given by them. So it is requested to refund my money with the interest.
