I have ordered sony power bank 25000 mah, order # gd[protected] on 10.04.17, i recieved the product on 14.04.17, could see only the delivery slip and no bill or warranty card for the product, when i checked yesterday to use i. E 20.04.17 it was not working, it simply get charge and then keep blinking when i tried to use, i need replacement or cash back. I found the customer care number doest exists, it seems the company is bogus and cheating people giving such duplicate products and faulty ones. Was this information helpful? |
