Dear respected officer

Recently (february 6, 2016) i made a neft transfer of rs. 7250.00 at the janakpuri branch of icici (c1/4 janakpuri, new delhi, 110058) to an account (#[protected] ; gds hotels private limited) towards a hotel booking in india.


They could not confirm my hotel booking and promised to refund the transferred amount (less 10% of service fee).

I have since been trying to get the refund but in total vein. i am writing this note for you to kindly look into the matter if possible.

This is a respectable bank and i am a us resident of indian origin so i hope you will be able to take some action against this kind of fraudulent activities that businesses are using your banking services.

If necessary i can forward you all the email from this business confirming the refund will be processed within 15-20 days from february 6, 2016.

I have contacted icici customer service by email and they have asked me to lodge a police complain and the bank will fully cooperate with the police in this fraud activity.

I sent Rs. 24000/- on 12.06.2019 in the Bank account of GDS Hotel Pvt. Ltd for booking hotel room at Nainital. Till 17.06.2019 they did not allot me any room in the hotel and did not send me the booking voucher. At the delay dally tactics on their part, I requested Mr. Kailash, Reservation Manager(Dealing Officer) of the Hotel to refund my amount. He told me to send the request through mail with my Bank details. Accordingly, I sent my Bank details on 17.06.19 itself, he assured to effect the refund next day. Next day after waiting up to late in the evening, I contacted Mr. Kailash again. He told that time is being taken for approval and processing, he also told me that I need not worry, the fund will be sent in a day or two. Thereafter, he is picking my phone as per his wish and neither denying to send the fund nor sending the fund. He stopped picking up my phone after two days. Thereafter, he sent a mail to Asish Mittal, under copy to me, to refund my amount. Mr. Mittal did not act. On this I contacted Mr. Mittal over phone and he told me the fund will be remitted soon. But he also remained inactive and stopped picking up my calls. It is obvious that Ihave been duped and they are cheating people like this. All correspondences of e-mail and proof of sending fund by me through NEFT is having with me.

I will request your good self to bring the cheaters to book so that they can't cheat others with their prevailing modus operendi. I also request to kindly arrange my refund for which I will remain grateful to you.

I have booked 3 semi deluxe rooms for two nights (26.10.2019 & 27.10.2019) in gold star beach resort Havelock. Full payment of Rs.18000/- is done on 22.08.2019 through the pay u link provided by some Jyoti Sharma. Confirmation voucher also received from Jyoti Sharma. But, after confirmation at resort, the resort staff said thatthat they have not received any payment.So i personally talked with resort reservation manager in Havelock (A&N Island) and they confirmed that no payment is received.I followed with Jyoti Sharma and emailed several times to all concerned of GDS. They generated the confirmation voucher and told me that all payments have been done to resort.
All this was done in August 2019. When i reached with my full family at Havelock on 26.10.2019, i was surpirsed to know that GDS have only paid Rs.5000/- to them as advance amount. So the resort asked me to pay the balance amount of Rs.11800/- which i have to pay at spot. Since then i am contacting GDS and Jyoti Sharma on whatsapp but no response.
This group is total fraud...
No one should deal with GDS New Delhi.

From 14.11.2019 i am having regular intense communication with Jyoti Sharma (i paid in all Rs.18000/- in August 2019 to these guys) & Ashish Mittal of GDS Hotels Pvt Ltd on email & whatsapp. Officially they have accepted that they have not deposited the total amount to Hotel at Havelock(A&N Island).They have only deposited Rs.5000/- and b'cos of this i had to face lots n lots of troubles and tensions with my family of 10 persons at Havelock.I had to pay Rs.11800/- over and above the amount i paid to GDS Hotels Pvt Ltd. means they have gulped my Rs.13000/- from August 2019.Now they have agreed to refund me my Rs.11800/- which i paid at hotel and also asked me to provide my banks details.But inspite of giving my bank details they have yet not refunded back my money (09 days have gone). They are true cheaters and non serious organization. These guys are sitting there to fool one and all...now they are neither responding to my emails nor whatsapp... Donts spare these cheaters...join me who are duped and i will tell you how to bring these guys behind the bars...
Even after 20 days of providing the bank details The GDS Hotels Pvt Ltd ( Jyoti Sharma & Ashish Mittal) are not refunding me my Rs.11800/-. Absolute cheaters and totally irresponsible persons.They are not answering whatsapp and emails. Legal action is required...
