I bought geberit flush tank in 2015 thinking it is of international standards and paid a decent amount to purchase it from a local dealer.
On 26th sept 2016 i complained about water leakage from the tank in the bowl on their toll free number [protected] / complain no - 97481 and was given a 48 hour tat, however till today i am still waiting for a technician to visit my house.
I am continuously following up with them and they keep on apologizing and assure "sir, by today somebody will come".
When i called on the third day, they said the technician assigned (Mr. Jyothi) is on a sick leave hence they assigned another (Mr. Arjun), again nobody felt to proactively give me the heads up. I spoke to their supervisor mr. Sridhar and as usual he gave me false promises that arjun will visit.
This morning (30th sept) when i called, sridhar was not available and the executive on the call assured me a call back from him in 10 mins and i am still waiting.
I am absolutely stressed out with their appalling service and want this complaint to get registered in their head office in switzerland.
The customer service team is only good in "apologizing and lying".
I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears and somebody acts upon it.
