Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that we have logged complaint dated 12.07.2018 regarding Urinal Flush sensor which is install in our head office is not working from last 4 Days. below Compliant no. is given for your reference. but till now no any technician has visited to resolve. 1- G[protected] 2- G[protected] 3- G[protected] Kindly send your technician on urgent basis as all the 3 urinal sensor is not working. My toilet flush is not working properly since it has been installed. I have been registering complaints since so many days but no one has come to repair it. I am highly disappointed by the service being provided by Giberit. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same asap.
