I have purchased new Access 125 scooter on 13 Aug, 2016. As per the new registration process mentioned by the showroom the registration responsibilities are taken by the showroom authorities, and they have already charged for it in invoice. I bought the bike for office commuting purpose and it's already been a month. I nearly missed by getting caught by traffic police. The showroom authorities do not take any responsibility after the bike is delivered and blame each other among themselves. I request to take strict action on the showroom officials as it also hampers the TVS reputation due to some irresponsible branches like GEM SUZUKI, Kondapur branch, Hyderabad - 500084.
