General Post Office Srinagar — baggages/parcels not delivered

My name is mohammed yasseen shalla, r/o mehboob coloney, natipora, srinager kashmir.
Sir, the concerned post office at natipora-chanapora road which covers area of both chanapora and natipora till nowgam are mismanaging their services by not delivering the parcels on time and on destiny. They are calling the destined persons to collect the parcel by themselves. The parcels which are of important nature and needs to be delivered on time emulated by price rise due to extra charges done to get the parcel from the natipora station of post office. I mean to say extra amount in respect of transportation charges has been payed the customer several times due to non-delivery of the parcel and a call from concerned post office to collect your parcel which is not fair.
The parcel comes or booked from whatever place has been paid its due /fees as transportation and bookiing through post office means... Your concerns are bound to give the services untilll the destiny.
Today again a parcel from amazon is lying in post office which may weigh a kilo or two, but your department persons are asking the customer to collect the parce at their own.
Kindly take appropriate action in this regard
