General Post Office Srinagar — Very very delayed parcel still not received

Confirmed from jmu div. they had dispatched my parcel on 10 march 2017 but still not received by me in shopian kashmir..i called almost all the departments phone nos but all.in vein...very much upset by the very very very poor service of kashmir postal department...as they arent lifting the parcels n ve dumped in stocks... Updated by prince ganaie after previous complaint i again.called so many numbers then on 3 april 2017 i got a call that they ve already dispatched the parcel for shopian on saturday on 1april... i think it was just to make my april fool as i went to shopian postoffice and they ve not received my parcel yet till today...i called the phone number again but it is not connecting...upset about the gpo sgr service as they are taking full 30 days to dispatch a parcel n still not reaching just 50 kms away...what a journey!
