Genial Holiday Club — fake promises at the point of sale and no services after that

I along with my parents were invited by genial holidays club & resorts on 01.09.2018 as there was some promotion going on at radiant hotel in kolkata. After listening to the offer and the plan they were offering we decided to go for a membership plan of 5 years. After having a discussion we paid rs 20000 and we were told that the membership will be of 1 year but we can do the first tour within 2 years and i have the option to upgrade to 5 years plan by paying only the difference amount that was in the offer period. There is also a amc of rs 7000 which needs to be paid before the holiday day is booked.

We were told that we only need to tell them the place we want to visit anywhere in india and they will arrange the accomodation fooding irrespective of their hotel or resort present in that location (If genial club has its own resort they will provide that else they will arrange another). This plan includes 4 adults holiday package for 6 nights and 7 days accomodation in a 4 star or 5 star hotel (Studio for accomodation).
Breakfast and lunch/dinner (Any one of lunch or dinner) will be complimentary. The other lunch or dinner will be at 60% discounted rate.
Cab, driver and guide will be arranged by the company without any additional charge. Pickup and drop will be given (40km complimentary). Extra kilometres will be charged @ rs 5 or rs. 6 per kilometre based on the location.
For sideseen also 40 km complimentary per day and extra will be charged @ rs 5 or rs. 6 per kilometre based on the location.
Along with that all hotel utilities can be used without any additional charge.

On top of this plan we were given a voucher which includes 2 night and 3 days holiday package where we need to pay an administrative fee of rs 2200. We were told when we will book holiday, this voucher will be clubbed along with the above mentioned plan and we will be able to enjoy the same benefits. That means i can enjoy a total of 8 nights and 9 days in total having all the benefits mentioned above. I already paid rs 20000. The extra i need to pay before i book for my trip is rs (2200+7000)= 9200 which will cover my 8 nights and 9 days and that can be availed in a splitted way.
But the agreement that i received doesn't say so many things and when i call the person who sold me that, i was told all these will be communicated to me via email in next 20 days. But when i contacted customer service, i was told they are not sure if so many things will be provided. They said a hard copy of the same will be sent to me in 1 month.
But the agreement that i received doesn't say what i was offered. It only provides the membership of 1 year which ends on august 2019 but it supposed to be august 2020. It include the entitlement of person which are 2 adults and 2 kids however it should be 4 adults. Along with that the breakfast and lunch/dinner voucher is also not there along with the document which was promised. The complimentary sideseen coverage and the pick/drop is also not mentioned in it.
I called customer service several times to resolve the issue and i was told initially that they are looking into the issue and now they stop answering the phone call.
Please let me know what need to be done.

Company takes amount 30000 fro 3 years, on 7th March till date did not get kit, poor response telephonic, overall bad experience, I want my money back, Kindly guide how I can take my amount, not having much time to call against again.
