Same happened with me..I provided all the documents watevr they asked me to..and after that I waited for 15 days ..my hr was not picking my call he was not even responding wht was happng..my joining date was supposed to be 30th sep ..and now the profile they've created on tydy it's showing now 11 Oct..and today is 5 Oct ..and till now my hr don't even call or msg to infrm wat am I supposed to do..it's so unprofessional

Same happened to me. I have got the offer letter and they revoked my offer because the BGC turned red. Because of Genpact I am jobless now.

The same thing is happening to me, I left my company to get an offer letter as all we do, and now my verification is going on for 15 days. they extended my joining dates 2 times, HR said nothing in my hand BGC has not cleared.
it's a very unprofessional culture. i am jobless now. who help me now.

I got selected as process associate in Genpact. Due to BGV not getting cleared only because of one work experience proof exit letter. I got red light. And jobless

Please have a look at the attached document received from Advocate on behalf of Genpact, asking us to pay around 102500 rupee towards the liquidity charges, as she was not keeping well after telling so many times she was unable to do night shifts genpact hr didnt allowed her to submit resignation letter. Atlast she decided to quit the company and same she informed to HR and Manager. Things were going fine they didnt contacted after that suddenly a mail came from lawyer to pay around 102500 to genpact. which is unjustifiable .. please advice us you can reach us at [protected]@gmail.com

GENPACT-there is always mismanagement & employees are compelled to work on strech & at the last moment the managers comes & tell the employees to not to roster without his order.

look into this offer letter given by that fraud... i didnt pay him 25k :) so he never turned up again. Find the attachment. dont believe just call and email business, until unless interview is held in the company.. No money first, it should be give job and take money

Aslo, those fraud is a group and they have differnt cell numbers, account numbers, different names and email id's...so be careful.

Hi I got a call from Varun Mehta ( Mob :91- [protected] ) from Genpact for Backdoor entry .. He is trying to cheat us by telling, first we need to pay Rs.10000 . After he will issue enrollment letter. Later we need to pay Rs.30000 after that he will send back us the offer letter. He is not ready to send any mails from his official Id. He is not ready to give his official address to meet him also..

He shared some account number to transfer money.
