[Resolved]  Genpact — Service Agreement

Hi, I am working in Genpact for 6 months and I have grabbed a better opportunity.Now I have submitted my resignation. But the problem is my HR is not ready to relax my bond amount which is of 1 lakh amount. I haven't been provided any training and I haven't done so much of saving to pay such huge amount. Also I can't seek my family's help since my father is retired.Also the next company has asked my previous company's relieving letter. Please help me to get out of this trouble. I don't want to abscond since I want my relieving letter and avoid any future troubles like court notice or legal procedures.
