I had got a chin waxing done from fetlock and the way the beautician did it left a scar. On raising the issue to them and calling up multiple times, they only asked to submit the bills i encountered for skin treatment but sat idle over it.
Not only this, my money which was there in there wallet, they did not credit it in cash. On raising this issue back to them, they just behave as if they are not aware of anything.
Pathetic professional behaviour of the company.
