I have ordered a fitbit versa 2 health & fitness smartwatch with heart rate with an order id - 8998814 and reference id - mep02jan819. I have been delivered with two cheap and used black men watches of no use. I have paid rs. 1699/- for those cheap and used products. I want it to be replaced with the ordered product as soon as possible or else my money.

Updated by mb_mandy Today (06.01.2020) I have got a call from [protected]. The person on call asked my AADHAR CARD number and PAN to refund my money. I gave him the AADHAR number but I clearly declared that I do not have any e-money transferring option. So he denied to send my money back and cut the call. Kindly take actions against it as soon as possible.
