Getwireless.in — I ordered for a product and got a completely different product

I writing to raise complaint about that I had ordered(#3435) a wear the noise combo( earpods and watch ) but the delievered product is jbl headset. I would like to return the product and receive the cash back. Attached screenshot of product bill and product received and product order.

I ordered for a product and got a completely different product the help line number is fake and I have also sent them emails but haven't got any reply from them it was a COD. The product they displayed was a smart watch and a ear bud combo and I received a wired headphone of some completely different brands I have already made the payment what should I do.

I got fast track watch with low quality I'm disappointed I need to return this product

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I would like to have the original product or my money refunded to me. Very much disappointed with this kind of, service. This is a shame that this site it is still on.
