Getwoo — unauthorized deduction of money to a third party app | |||||
Date of incident: january 1st jan, 2019 There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on jan 1st without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 1600 rupees from my paytm a/c. Getwoo order: #[protected][protected] Paytm wallet txn id: [protected][protected] Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. Rupees 300 is been deducted three times please refund me the amount and cancel the unauthorised subscrption

Getwoo deducted 300 renewal fees from my paytm wallet and i am not getting any subscription cancellation option in the app in my android mobile by this way they will keep deducting my money illegally evey month...i want my money back..and this is not the fair way to run a app you should refund our money and run the app in a proper manner.
