Ggipu — registration process

I deposited a amount of 1000 rs to register myself for ipu-cet couselling 2018
But the registration site displays a dialogue box showing non payment of fees
My bank account shows that the fees was transferred
So please help me to get a refund
The college management is not even listening and they have not been picking calls to answer to my queries
