Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] Complaints & Reviews

Lalquarter earlier knows as labour colony has houses built more than 50 years ago. As developing stage is near for all o[censored]s instead of working on registration process for ghaziabad labour colony GDA is restricting development of houses.
Did GDA thinks we should live in those 50year old houses? Is this is development?

Please consider my voice, I don't know did earlier anyone had raised voice or not but I have a courage to ask questions. It's my kind request to allow people to live standard life atleast.

In this area of ours (in SLF Ved Vihar, near Abhinandan Society) theft is happening at night due to no street lights on the main road. Rickshaw drivers are also afraid to come down at night.

Please arrange some street lights on this road of ours. So that there is light and the problem of theft can be solved.

Hi, there is illegal Tin shade room construction on roof top of Plot no. 56, Nyay khand-1, Vidhayak colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad,
It is already G+4 Fllr builder building and this heavy construction can week the building strength in future, there is no GDA map approval for Tin shade on roof top, plz take appropriate action against this illegal construction,

This is not the street light of our area, due to which the incidents of theft increase here. So you are requested to kindly arrange some street lights.

This is to inform you that Mr. Soraj singh has constructed illegal room on our roof top D2-13/6 DLF colony. There is no GDA approved plan and also he has made illegal changes in his flat already without approved GDA plan and has done illegal construction in his flat and on...

Despite several complaints, no positive response has come from the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. I have posted four complaints earlier also but no response came. Please take note of this problem, it is getting very difficult to live here. And now it is the rainy season, so the rain water is also accumulating in the same way. Due to which now the road built by RCC here has also started breaking. I request you to kindly solve this problem happening in my area as soon as possible. At least get the water out of the road by sending a tanker

Dear Sir,
I am resident of K-Block, Sanjay Nagar, Sector-23, Gzb. In our street danger from dogs and number of dogs increasing day by day. The dogs attacks on kids, and also on people travelling with bikes like resident peoples & street vendors & courier man. Dogs also doing toilet & ### in ours streets. This is creating unhygenic & uncivilised enviornment.
Please help to live us in clean & hygenic & safe enviornment.
Please arrange a team to catch these dogs from our streets. Looking for a action from GNN.

Sir, I am residing at Old Rajnagar, Sector -7 and the House number is D-18.
I am facing leakage problem in R-7/D-17 and requesteblemd to owner Mr. Ram Been Yadav but he has not yet taken any action. He is himself not residing in said House and given on rent basis to someone (KABADI Wala) for commercial issue and therefore keeping second hand purchased goods.

There are chances that current should flow in our entire house and there are very much chances of causalities with my family members .

I request you to kindly depute your Old Rajnagar Incharge to see personally and take immediate action.

Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciate.

I have facing prblm of water last 4 days

I want to draw your attention towards worst condition of House No. 156 (Ground floor), Nandgram, Ghaziabad. Owner is staying outside and house is vacant from last many years. Now the building of this house is in worst condition. Owner is not taking care about it. Building can collapse any time and can damage upper floor of house and surrounding buildings.

Kindly take appropriate action in this matter.

I am resident of devika skyper, raj nagar extension, ghaziabad, UP. People are facing attacking by stray dogs as they coming in society from the main road. They already have attacked some kids and bite them. This incident are increasing day by day. Kids has been afraid from going out from the house. It is not good for kids health.
Please take necessary actions as early as possible. E

It is humbly requested that some unauthorized demolition and construction work is being done in Flat No. G-1, Plot No 305, Gyan Khand 1st, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad by the owner of the flat. He has broken all the walls of his flat without any information to other residents of the building. This may cause serious risk to the strength and stability of building. This may be dangerous for other families who are living in 1st and 2nd floor. Request you to kindly stop that work and take appropriate legal action against him.
