Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — illegal encroachment by rachna beauty parlour in a residential building

I am a resident of 5/746 sector 5 vaishali. There is a parlour named rachna beauty parlour has done a illegal encraochment in form of tin shade on our balcony wall in our absence. We all the residents of our building have asked many times to remove it but she refuses and uses a abrubt and abusive language with the residents. We all are facing parking problem issues due to her. She has ruined healthy environment of the society. Kindly help us in removing this illegal encraochment of tin shade. We would be very grateful to u.
