Madam/sir,

I want to know about circle rate of a flat at ground floor bearing address iii-a/221 rachna, vaishali.

It is at 45 meters road, double storey construction, first floor belong to different man. Area is 149 sq meters with built up around 90 sq. Meters/100sq feet as per laws 2bhk. This was built in around 1994.

I consider it should be less than 52000/sq yard for ready built in vaishali as construction is old (26 years) and double storeyed.

I want to inform you that there is a illegal construction is going on at Flat no. 290-A and 291-A Nyay Khand-1, Indirapuram. They have broken the common gallery of the floor and expended to next level which is against the authority rules. We people on the ground floor is suffering from space constraint. Please look into the matter.
