I had made online payment of rs. 1170.82 for property tax today on 16.06.2018 the demand note raised by ghaziabad nagar nigam (Gnn) for the fy 2018-19 against property no cc38435 in the name of yashodhara garg. Amount was deducted from my hdfc debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is also not traceable. The transaction was successful through the bank I have also raised a ticket in their helpdesk but non-traceable. Please resolve urgently and share me the receipt of my payment.
