Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — House tax for property flat 6 Tower 101 Orange County Ghaziabad

Sir, I stay in US and last year I had visited Ghaziabad and wanted to pay the house tax on the property mentioned above. That day (26/6/2014)the staff was not working as there was some local disturbance and the counter clerk was not able to issue a receipt. Since I had to leave for US, I persuaded the clerk to take the check in favour of Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam for the flats 101 (Rs 3864) and flat[protected] Please see attached reciept. (PIN Number for the property is VS90387 ) However when I logged in to the site OnlineGnn.com where one can pay the house tax for Ghaziabad, imagine my surprise when I found that the house tax is still not reflecting the payment made last year. Secondly, the site onlinegnn.com is such a badly designed web site where there is no link for a complaint or contact address /email...Can we do something about it?
