Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — online payment done but not reflecting in ledger till now

Sir 27 august 2018 i deposited my house tax by online. But your website didn't issue any payment deposit receipt to me. I tried to check many times my house tax but every time it shows me the same amount pending even after deposit the tax.
My pin no is:- kn7722.
My phone no is :[protected].
Pls issue the receipt so that no fraud will happens to me

Updated by SK Raghav Transaction is done on[protected] by credit card and even amount was claimed by Merchant (Nagar Nigam) on 28-Aug-2018. I have transaction id ([protected]) but still its not reflecting on the site in Ledger page and still its showing same amount instead of Rs.0

Please help me today is last day of discount.
